I’m Srishti Nautiyal — a Technical Support Lead with 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, and someone who genuinely loves untangling tricky problems.

I’ve spent my career helping people navigate complex products and making things feel a little easier when they don’t go as planned. Along the way I’ve built and scaled support teams, handled complex technical escalations, and worked closely with engineering and product to improve the customer experience from the inside out.

I believe great support is equal parts technical skill and empathy — with a bit of humour when it helps. There’s always a human on the other side, and I never forget that.

Outside of work you’ll find me dancing, climbing mountains, cycling, or out for a long run. I’m a rock music lover, a dog person, and someone who finds equal peace under a sky full of stars or surrounded by trees.
